Getting Started

So… what do you need to do?

This bit is simple; you need to eat and weight train to get the shape you want.  All the resources are here on this site.  Simple.

 The rule of thumb is to live by our Femmunition Pyramid



Go to our Weight Training Page for information on how to train.  Building muscle will encourage fat lose and allow you to create the shape you want to be.  We have training videos and training plans to show you what to do.

Go to our Nutrition Page for an explanation on diet – we’ve even made a diet plan for you to follow.  This is the basis of getting to where you want to be, if you want to maintain, lose or gain weight follow the guidance.
